Laura Zaerr’s arrangement of Tchaikovsky’s “The Waltz of the Flowers” is for hand bell choir, flute, and pedal harp. After the opening cadenza (the standard cadenza can be substituted for this simplified version), the harp plays a subsidiary roll, filling out the bass and rhythm as the flute part dances through the melodies and the bells (level 3) feature prominently. What better way to enjoy the magic of Christmas than with this attainable arrangement for flute, harp and bell choir?
